Meal Service

Family style (all you can eat) unless otherwise arranged
Children 5-10 yrs half price
Children under 5 yrs free

Final Guest Count

Two weeks prior to the scheduled event the guests count must be confirmed. The # that is given to the club is the # of dinners that you will be invoiced for.
No leftovers are taken home.
No refunds if the # of dinners are less.

Bar Service

Cash Bar - Club supplies license and beverages, guests buy their own drinks

Free Bar - Customer is responsible for the license and supplies the beer, wine and liquor.

Corkage Charges for Free Bar -$ 4.00 per person. This includes pop, all juices, tonic and soda waters, lemons, limes and ice. This also includes the opening of any wine bottles.

Bartenders - $ 125.00 per bartender

Wineglasses - $ 100.00 plus HST if supplied by the club

Breakage - Will be invoiced as warranted.

Empty Beer Bottles - Must be removed at the end of the event or else they will be credited to the club.

Confetti - $ 50.00 plus HST cleanup fee for any confetti.

Coatroom Attendant - lf needed, can be arranged at NO CHARGE to you.
Not responsible for items left behind or lost. (Weddings only)

**Please Note** ALL PRICES are subject to applicable taxes and subject to change without notice. Sufficient notification will be given, should the menu prices change due to increased cost from suppliers. A deposit does not guarantee a price.

Hall available from 1-5pm for decorating. There will be a $ 50.00/hr fee for having a club member present during the time which you are decorating the hall after 5pm.
